BUFF BEAR ships to Japan, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, and selected European countries (United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Switzerland).

■ Shipping Rates
International orders are shipped via Japan Post EMS. Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your destination, and are displayed at checkout.
Orders within Japan: flat rate ¥800, free shipping on orders of ¥9,800 or more (tax included).

■ Processing Time
All BUFF BEAR items are Made-to-Order and finished after your order is placed.
Please allow some time before your order ships.
• Production time
After your order, we finish each item with embroidery and other detailing.
Please allow approx. 5–7 business days before dispatch.

Import duties, taxes (such as VAT/GST) and customs fees may be charged by the destination country. These are not included in the item price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.
