Delivery Timing

BUFF BEAR products are Made to Order.
After your order, each item is finished with embroidery and other detailing at our studio in Japan.

5–7 business days after your order is confirmed

If the blank garment needs to be ordered in
If the blank in your size is out of stock, we will order it in.
In that case, please allow approx. 10 business days before dispatch.

Shipping Method

• International: Japan Post EMS
• Within Japan: Yamato Transport / Japan Post

Within Japan, orders usually arrive 1–3 days after dispatch. International delivery time varies by destination and customs processing.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for customer reasons.

However, we will respond in the following cases:

• The item has an initial defect
• You received a different item from what you ordered

For initial defects or incorrect items, we will exchange or refund at our expense.
As our items are made to order, if an exchange is difficult due to stock availability, we will issue a refund.
